Are Children Allowed To Enter NOKO Stores?
Children aged 17 and below are allowed to enter NOKO stores, although it is not encouraged. This is in accordance with SOP Pelan Pemulihan Fasa 1 (20 Aug 2021). What Methods Of Payment Does NOKO Accept In-Store?
We accept payment in Cash and selected E-Wallet (ShopeePay, GrabPay, TouchNGo, Boost, Maybank QRPay) as well as MyDebit Card. Sorry, we do not accept Credit Cards. Happy shopping!

Do Customers Have To Be Fully Vaccinated To Shop At NOKO?
NOKO customers do not need to be fully vaccinated to shop at NOKO. NOKO is classified as a Kedai Serbaneka / Pasaraya. Based on the NRP Phase 4 / Pelan Pemulihan Negara Fasa 4 SOP (26 August 2021), NOKO customers do not need to be fully vaccinated to shop in NOKO. However, please note that Sunway Malls will only allow fully vaccinated customers to enter their Mall premises effective 15 Sept 2021.
